It started as a hobby decades ago, taking pictures in the shorebreak on disposable waterproof cameras just for fun with friends.

These beautiful places on our island home inspire and energize us. In all these captures, we aim to bring you the unique feeling of being immersed in these amazing scenes, and experiencing for yourself that joy that keeps drawing us back to these powerful places.

This evolved to action camera captures of shorebreak, most at Sandy Beach, O’ahu. We tried printing these on metal and we loved the results. OB1 Images was born, and has continued to steadily evolve.
